Who is behind it

This site belongs to Eliana Alessandra Miliani Bustamante, a community manager and manager based in Caracas, Venezuela. In these terms, "I" means her and "the site" means these pages.

For anything to do with these terms you can write to me through the channels on the contact page.

What this site is

The site presents my professional services and my background. Its content is for information.

Nothing here is a binding offer or a contract. An engagement exists only once both of us have accepted a written proposal, and it is that proposal that sets the scope, the price and the dates.

What you may do

You may browse the site, share its links and quote short passages of its text as long as you say where they come from.

Search engines and AI assistants may read the site's text and draw on it to answer someone looking for a service like mine.

Without my written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce or republish its text, its design or its code, whole or in any substantial part.
• Extract my photographs or my videos by automated means, or use them to train or feed artificial intelligence systems.
• Pass yourself off as me, or suggest that you work with me or on my behalf.
• Try to interfere with how it works, get around its security, or use it to send unsolicited advertising.

Intellectual property

The text, the name Eliana Miliani, the EM monogram with its logotype, and the design of the site are protected by intellectual property law. They belong to me or are used with their owners' permission. The design and the code were made by Kavaliero.

MILIANI is the label I founded. Any other brand mentioned belongs to its owner.

The photographs and videos are mine or are published with the authorization of the people who made them. Viewing the site gives you no licence over them.

My image

I appear on this site. My image, my name and my voice are personal rights, and publishing them does not give them away.

Without my prior written authorization it is not permitted to download, edit or redistribute my photographs or videos, to use them in advertising or on anyone else's profile, or to use them to generate synthetic images, videos or voices with artificial intelligence, including what are known as deepfakes.

About the services

The descriptions of the services are general. What is done in each case is agreed with each client.

Results on social media also depend on things I do not control, such as each platform's decisions and how its audience behaves. For that reason I do not guarantee figures for followers, reach or sales.

Links and third party services

The site links to Instagram and to other services that are not mine. Each has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and I am not responsible for their content or their availability.

Availability and liability

I try to keep the information current and the site working, but it is offered as it is. It may change, be interrupted or stop being available without notice.

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for damage resulting from using the site or from being unable to use it. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Privacy

What data is handled when you visit the site and when you write to me is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and the version in force is always the one published here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any disagreement that is not settled by talking will be brought before the competent courts of the city of Caracas, without prejudice to the rights the law gives consumers where they live.
