How I work.

We start with a conversation. You tell me how your business runs and what is being left undone today. Before I give an opinion, I go through your social media and your calendar.

You get a written summary of what I understood and what I propose.

I turn that into a plan with dates and one person answering for each thing. For social media it is the month's calendar. For management it is the list of pending matters, in the order they will be dealt with.

You get the first month's plan, to approve or to change.

I run it. I post, answer, coordinate and follow up. You approve what matters and hear about the rest once it is done.

You have one channel with me, and an answer the same day.

Every month I show you what was done and what it produced, including what did not work. With that we decide what changes next month.

You get a short report you can read in five minutes.
