Your privacy.
This site is built so that it does not have to keep anything of yours. Here is what is handled all the same, why, and what you can ask of me.
Who answers for your data
Eliana Alessandra Miliani Bustamante, based in Caracas, Venezuela. For anything to do with privacy you can write to me through the channels on the contact page.
Go to contactWhat the site does not do
It uses no cookies and it has no user accounts. Its only form is the one on the contact page, and that sends nothing until you press Send. It loads no advertising and no third party trackers either: the typefaces, the images and the videos are served from the site itself.
What your browser keeps
When you change language, your browser notes the change in its session storage so that the next page loads without the introduction. That note does not identify you, never leaves your device, and is erased when you close the tab.
The message you prepare on the contact page
The contact page helps you write a message. While you write it, it stays in your browser. It leaves your device only when you send it, and there are three ways to do that.
On Instagram or by email you send it yourself, from your own account, and the site never receives it.
With the Send button the site sends it. In that case it receives your name, your brand, your email address and the message, and passes them to Resend, the email delivery service I use, so that they reach my inbox. Resend is in the United States and keeps the record of that delivery under its own privacy policy. The site keeps no copy, and I use your address only to answer you. To prevent abuse, the server remembers for about ten minutes the IP address it was sent from, and writes it to no file.
Visits
Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, a service that uses no cookies and that, according to Vercel, does not store your IP address. It records the page visited, the page you came from, the approximate region, and the type of device and browser.
To tell one visit from another it works out an anonymous identifier that is discarded every day. With that I know how many people come and what they read, but not who they are.
The server
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any server, it receives your IP address and your browser's technical details in order to send you the pages and to protect itself from abuse. Vercel handles them under its own privacy policy, and I do not look at them to identify you.
When you write to me
If you write to me on Instagram, by email or from the contact page, I receive what you send and the details of your profile or your address on that service. I use them to answer you and, if we come to work together, to prepare your proposal and carry out the work.
Those conversations stay on those services, which have their own privacy policies. I do not sell your data or share it with anyone, except with a supplier when a job you have commissioned needs it and you have agreed.
For how long
I keep conversations for as long as we work together and for whatever time the law requires afterwards. If we never come to work together, you can ask me to delete them whenever you like.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask me to tell you what data I hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to my going on using it. In Venezuela these rights are set out in article 28 of the Constitution.
Write to me through the contact page and I will answer within thirty days at most.
Minors
The site offers professional services and is not aimed at anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, with headers that stop other pages from embedding it or injecting content into it. Since it keeps no data about its visitors, it has no database that could leak either.
Changes
If what the site does changes, this page changes, and the date above says so.
